Do I have to have the products installed by Practical Bathing?

Products shown with a purchase price can be purchased online. Items without a purchase price require specialist installation – please call for advice

Do I qualify for VAT exemption?

Most of our products qualify for VAT exemption when sold to a qualifying person or organisation. A simple self declaration is included when purchasing items on this site. If in doubt, please call for advice or consult the HMRC website and look for Notice 701/7 Vat reliefs for disabled people.

How do I know the product will fit?

Dimensions and specifications are provided on our site, but you may need to consider electrical supplies, water supplies, waste runs etc. If we are installing, these matters will be dealt with on our survey visit. If you are purchasing supply only then this is your responsibility.

All products sold by Practical Bathing have been carefully inspected, tested and quality controlled. We reject products which do not meet our stringent criteria, so you can buy with confidence.
