By registering, you can apply for VAT exemption. This applies to qualifying individuals and organisations such as registered charities. It does not apply to trade purchasers.

To claim VAT relief on products that are VAT exemptible, please fill out the form below which serves as your declaration that the product is for "your own domestic and personal use" and that you suffer from a chronic disabling condition. By registering you need only do this once.

If you declare that you are exempt from paying VAT, then products in your cart which are eligible for vat exemption will reflect the price less VAT. Items that aren't exemptible will be charged VAT in the normal way.
