Our web site provides the opportunity to make simple, quick, secure payment for your purchase. However, there may be circumstances which make other payment methods more appropriate.
For orders of items with longer delivery times (power baths for example) we will accept a deposit of 50% of the order value, the balance being payable prior to delivery. Please call to discuss.
If you do not use a debit or credit card, then we accept payment by cheque. Please call us, and we will be pleased to process your order manually. We will send you a Sales Order form, a VAT Exemption form (if applicable), and anything else required to complete your order. You can then post your order back to us with your payment and it will be processed as soon as it arrives.
Should you prefer, you can also pay by bank transfer. Please call us to discuss and to obtain our bank details. We will send you all the paperwork required for your order, which will be processed in the same way as the cheque payment above.
Cash payments are not accepted.

Our standard production and delivery timings will be shown on the product pages. Delivery is normally by standard Next Day service. This will arrive normally during standard working hours (please see our Terms & Conditions). We cannot specify a time of day for this service, so the customer should be present to receive. However, there may be circumstances where a non-standard delivery might be required. This could be:
A delayed delivery to arrive on a specific date
An urgent delivery required pre noon or pre 10am
An offshore delivery, which includes anywhere not on the mainland
A delivery to another country
If you require a delivery which is non-standard, please call and speak to our helpful staff who will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
Please note: Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Claims outside of this time will not be accepted.
